A tree falls in someone’s backyard
About two years ago a friend of mine had to remove a walnut tree from their backyard. Knowing all his woodworking friends would want it, he saved the wood and cured it in his cellar. I wanted to make a piece that would be right at home in a sun filled room. The goal in this exercise was to have as little of a shadow cast as possible.
